Please arrive promptly for your appointment as I usually have clients back to back and make sure your hair is down, knot free and ready for braiding. I’m afraid that if you turn up with knotty hair you may be asked to reschedule for another time. Our appointments do not allow enough time for us to de-knot the hair.

 

Please also check for head lice, nits and eggs before you attend, unfortunately if I find any, I will be unable to continue and you will be charged the full amount for the style you were booked to have. You will then not be able to book in for at least a week to ensure they have been treated and cleared.
